1. Scope This policy governs (a) subscription plans for the Rigardz SaaS platform (digital business cards, mini-sites, WhatsApp commerce, analytics APIs) and (b) physical products supplied by Rigardz, such as NFC cards, QR plaques, or branded accessories.

Rigardz is owned and managed by Digital IBI Technologies having registered office in Wework, Vasvani Chambers, Worli Colony, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400027. 2. Digital-Subscription Refunds For monthly plans, you have a seven-day cooling-off period starting on the transaction or upgrade date. If your account has logged fewer than 50 card shares or NFC taps during that window, you’re entitled to a full refund; if usage exceeds that threshold, you can still cancel at any time, but the current month remains paid and future billing stops automatically.

Annual and multi-year plans come with a 30-day cooling-off period and a higher usage allowance of 500 shares or taps. Within those 30 days you may request a full refund; after that point no pro-rated refunds are offered, and service continues until the end of the term.

Enterprise customers

Enterprise Customers follow the refund or exit provisions set out in their Master Service Agreement, which typically includes a pilot-phase opt-out clause. To initiate any subscription refund, open a ticket by sending email to billing@rigardz.com from the owner address on file. Rigardz will confirm receipt within two business days. 3. Physical Products (NFC Cards, QR Plaques, Accessories) If an item arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within seven days of delivery and choose between a replacement or a full refund; Rigardz will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. Unopened, unused stock-design items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, although original and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Custom-printed or otherwise personalized products are non-returnable unless defective, in which case they follow the same “damaged in transit” procedure. All returns must arrive in their original packaging with any included accessories and manuals. 5. Process and Timeline

Initiate: Submit a support ticket or email returns@rigardz.com with order ID, reason, and photos for physical defects. Approval: Rigardz will issue an RMA number or approve the subscription refund within 2 business days. Ship Back (if applicable): Send items within 10 days of RMA issuance; provide tracking. Inspection: Warehouse team verifies condition within 48 hours of receipt. Refund: Credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. (Some banks may take longer to post funds.)

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days: Check your bank or card statement again. Contact your payment-card issuer; posting delays are common. If issues persist, email billing@rigardz.com with your ticket reference.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes Please contact Rigardz support before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and removal of stored data per our Terms of Service.

9. Exchanges Need a different quantity or design? Start a return for the unwanted item (Section 3) and place a new order. Customized items cannot be exchanged once production starts. 10. Cancellation vs Deletion Canceling a subscription stops future billing and preserves your data until the plan term ends. Permanent deletion (and data purge) must be requested separately and is irreversible.

10. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of India. For international customers, local consumer-protection rights apply in addition to, but not in conflict with, this policy.

11. Policy Updates Rigardz may revise this policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updated versions will be posted here and, for material changes, communicated via email at least 15 days before they take effect.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods in case of physical products delivered to you, in case if digital products, we will refund the amount after due diligence within 7 days. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

3. Việc cung cấp Hàng hóa không phù hợp để trả lại vì lý do bảo vệ sức khỏe hoặc vệ sinh và không được niêm phong sau khi giao hàng.

4. Việc cung cấp Hàng hóa, sau khi giao hàng, về bản chất, được trộn lẫn không thể tách rời với các mặt hàng khác.

Chúng tôi có quyền từ chối trả lại bất kỳ hàng hóa nào không đáp ứng các điều kiện hoàn trả ở trên theo quyết định riêng của chúng tôi.

Chỉ có Hàng hóa có giá thông thường mới có thể được hoàn lại.
